2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, labor requirements, site conditions, customer requests, or equipment needs change.
Any additional work not included in the original estimate may require approval before the work is completed.
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, missing equipment, or customer-requested changes may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be listed on the estimate, invoice, or payment request. Payments may be accepted through approved payment methods, including third-party processors such as PayPal.
Equipment, materials, deposits, or special-order items may require upfront payment before work begins. Final payment is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Deposits and Special Orders
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling, purchase equipment, or begin custom work. Special-order equipment, custom builds, and project-specific materials may be non-refundable once purchased or ordered.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations, same-day cancellations, or inaccessible job sites may result in fees or loss of scheduling priority.
7. Equipment and Materials
Equipment sold or installed by Summit Solutions may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product. Summit Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer defects, discontinued products, third-party outages, software changes, internet provider issues, or service limitations outside our control.
8. Labor and Workmanship
Summit Solutions aims to provide clean, professional installations and reliable service. Any workmanship issue should be reported as soon as possible so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information
- Providing access to the service location
- Maintaining internet service, electrical power, and account access when required
- Obtaining permission from property owners, landlords, or management when needed
- Keeping login credentials and passwords secure
10. Third-Party Services
Some systems may depend on third-party platforms, apps, internet service providers, cloud services, payment processors, or product manufacturers. Summit Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, updates, or service limitations from third-party providers.
11. Website Design Services
Website design projects may require customer-provided content, images, account access, domain information, hosting access, or approval during the design process. Delays in providing required materials may delay project completion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, system downtime, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
13. No Guarantee of Results
We work to provide reliable systems and professional service, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as internet speeds, search engine rankings, security prevention, sales increases, or third-party platform performance.
14. Changes to These Terms
Summit Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
